50g pumpkin seeds
50g sunflower seeds
40g coconut flakes
30g sesame seeds
30g flaxseeds, soaked in water for 5 minutes to soften a bit
2 tsp ground turmeric
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cracked black pepper
½ tsp ground cumin
1 ½ tbsp melted coconut oil

I absolutely love this savoury granola. It's nutritious and full of anti-inflammatory goodness with all those seeds and turmeric.
Sprinkle over scrambled eggs or salad for a delicious crunch.
Preheat oven to 160° and line a baking tray with paper.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well until all seeds are coated in the spices and oil.
Spread mix over baking tray and place in the oven for 20 mins, turning every 5 mins to ensure the mix cooks evenly and doesn't burn.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Once cool, store in an airtight jar in the pantry.
