Description

This hot chocolate mix is so incredibly easy to make and it's delicious! I tested this mix on my children who can be super fussy with hot chocolate and they loved it.

All you need is a heaped teaspoon and then add boiling water. If you would like it to be extra indulgent and creamy, mix it with hot nut or coconut milk.

The ingredients are very straightforward. Obviously, feel free to play around with quantities to suit your tastes. You could also add some different spices such as turmeric, a pinch of ground cloves, or ground cardamon. It's totally up to you!

Instructions

Conventional Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix with a fork to combine well. Make sure there are no chunks of powder or sweetener.

  2. Add 1 heaped teaspoon of the mix to a mug and top with boiling water. Stir and enjoy while hot.

  3. Store the remaining mix in an airtight jar.

Thermomix Method

  1. Add all ingredients to the Thermomix bowl and mix for 1 min/sp 4. Repeat if there are any chunks of powder or sweetener.

  2. Add 1 heaped teaspoon of the mix to a mug and top with boiling water. Stir and enjoy while hot.

  3. Store the remaining mix in an airtight jar.
