1 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, diced
200g mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
⅓ cup cream
⅓ cup cream cheese
100g frozen spinach, defrosted and water squeezed out

This creamy mushroom and spinach is just divine and goes with so many things.
Serve it on cauli mash or with eggs, salmon, grilled chicken or a lamb roast.
It's deliciously creamy and comforting.
For a dairy free version, swap the butter for oil and cream and cream cheese for coconut cream (2/3 cup in total). Add a couple of tablespoons of nutritional yeast flakes before serving and stir through well.
Instructions
Heat butter in a medium fry pan and add the mushrooms and garlic. Cook for 5 mins or until mushrooms start to soften.
Add remaining cream, cream cheese, and frozen spinach; and cook until all combined and the sauce is thick.
Spoon the mushroom sauce between plates and enjoy.
